Format the disk using Windows and then with a hex editor, change the first five bytes of the second sector to 4B 45 59 00 00. Some Toshiba bios passwords can be reset using the Key Disk.exe utility, to do this you need a 1.44Mb floppy disk. If any of these processes are done incorrectly it may result in complete system failure or permanent system damage (you’ve been warned!).
